  1. Congratulations to all of the graduate nurses!! I am currently a nursing student and it is so encouraging to read how excited, helpful, understanding, proficient, and proud you all are. I feel confident that I will do great with the rest of my schooling but you all also make me feel confident that I will love my career choice. Thank you and best of luck to everyone!
  2. Kent State University ~ New Philadelphia, OH (branch) Finished my prereqs - all nursing classes from here on out!!!
  3. The instructor for my Nutrition course was definitely a factor in how hard the course was - the material was pretty easy to comprehend but the prof was one of those that words questions so that you are more confused by the question than the possible answers??!! In other words - the material was pretty simple and actually kind of interesting. Good Luck!:)
  4. I'm just starting with my nursing classes this August but have finished all my "prereqs" - as another post said above...as long as you don't let your social life come first - you will be fine - don't be intimidated by the course names - it's basically all memorization. Note cards and re-reading chapters several times (sounds crazy but you wouldn't believe what you retain when you think you aren't!) was my strategy and I maintained a high GPA throughout those classes...well, that and lots of coffee, chocolate, etc, etc. Best of luck to you!!
