I have heard that parkland and hermann are very busy hospitals and very difficult to work in...... but just through the grapevine.....

I always wear a white t-shirt under my scrubs....... I don't like the hair on my chest showing.... Don't think it looks to good. :)

Probably best to lose a little weight first..... and get into shape. Flight nursing will take a major toll on you physically.

I feel like its in jeopardy all the time...... Thats why I chart very decriptively and concisely about my patient care...... So much stuff out there can backfire on you in nursing.

I like my job for the most part..... the small community hospital seems to suit my needs for the time being. Definately better than retail or fast food.....

I'm always upfront what is wrong with me when I call in. Sometimes I will exagerate the symtoms a little to make sure the understand that I am sick.
