  1. Thanks. This sounds like the "potion" I need. I ll buy some today to test it out.
  2. This is a question for all... please give me your 2 cents. We are going to have a lot of damn work to do this semester and not a lot of sleeping time. One of the things I struggle with is feeling sleepy and reading these long ass chapters. What I want to know is what is the BEST drink that I can buy to keep me up for those long hours of studying???
  3. I got my rejection email. I DID NOT GET IN. I guess I'll have to fax my resume out to several McDonald's restaurants. SIKE!!!!! I got in. Just got my acceptance email!!
  4. I think those that received a call are in the program. MDC is not going to call EVERYONE just to tell them to check their email.
  5. It means you're in the program and you need to pay up or else.
  6. RNfem, what's your GPA?
  7. The reason I asked is because I have the same exact application score. Sometimes I feel like it's good enough to get in and other times I don't. I think it all depends on what the highest application score is. If it's near 100, I doubt we're in. If it's near 90 then we might have a shot.
  8. Mocadell74, how do you feel about your 85% application score?
  9. I am assuming that the student that got a 96.4% on the teas v with a 3.0 gpa got accepted into the spring 2011 class correct?
  10. I understand that. I was really trying to get everyone to "fill in the blank" with their opinion of that cut-off score you're referring to.
  11. EVERYONE FINISH THIS SENTENCE! One will be accepted into the MDC Nursing Program for the fall of 2011 if he/she has a combined (60 + 40) application score of at least ____.
  12. What's your science gpa?
  13. Maria, did you take your humanities and behavioral/social sciences courses already for the BSN?
  14. Hey Lisy66, what's your Teas and GPA score?
  15. mdc is my first and only priority, mainly because it is a cheap program.
  16. Oh ok. Me and you both have a combining scores of about on 85. Do you feel comfortable with that score?
  17. Hey Shamanai, what's your GPA
  18. My teas/gpa scores combined to about an 85.5% application score. Would you guys still through another 4 hour testing with that score??
  19. I'm gonna try to take it sometime this month. I see a lot of dates available. I guess I ll have to to study for this thing. I was trying to avoid that. (I'm so lazy)
  20. I already took it a couple months back. I got a 78.7% and my GPA is 3.85. I might have to use up my second shot if everyone is scoring high like you guys. How many people are they accepting for the generic program only?
  21. Would you happen to know the scores of the others that took the teas V with you?
  22. Thank you so much for your response. I really don't want to take that test again for the following reasons: 1. The time is too short. I had to speed read and rush thru the other sections. 2. I didn't get to finish the math part. I had to guess the last 6-7 questions. 3. It's 4 hours of misery. I was ready to go leave at the two hour mark.
  23. Hey, I notice how everyone is sharing their gpa and teas rankings. I want an honest opinion. I got a 3.85 science gpa and scored a 78.7% on the teas v.* Would you put your money on my scores to get in the fall 2011 generic class?*
