  1. Maycee, I just finished my first semester in the BSN program and I used 3 ring, 1 inch binders. For some classes, with the big syllabi, I used 1 1/2 inch binders. To help with organization I used one binder/class instead of combining everything because you're about to learn alot. Also I used individual notebooks..i think thats what they're called (college rule) just in case you have extra notes to write that won't fit on the slides. For pharmacology, I had two notebooks, one for the already learned material and one for the new material that we had not tested over yet. And the subject dividers are good as well. Good Luck with your first semester, it won't be easy but take it one step at a time.
  2. I need to formulate a Wellness Nursing Diagnosis, and have no clue about them or how to state them in my care plan ? Can someone help me ?? Thanks !
  3. Hi! I just finished my third week at clinicals. For the past three weeks, my instructor has given me patients with the same medical diagnosis (TAH). Also, we have to do a nursing care plan for each patient, without using the same nursing diagnosis twice. What is a good way to state a diagnosis for a patient that is having lots of "flatus" ?
  4. Hi! My name is India Adkins and I'm from Kingsland, Ga. I attend school almost two hours away at Georgia Southern University. Coastal Community College is based in Brunswick, Ga. Depending on how you drive, it only takes a good 20-25 minutes to get there. They have a center in Kingsland. It's a brand-new facility also. The website is www.cgcc.edu. If you need any other help just let me know.
