  1. I'm in a similar situation. Haven't been working for the past year and the job I had prior to that was a piece of cake. All I did all day was Covid testing and vaccinations. I have imposter syndrome and am really afraid to go back to nursing. I feel so unqualified. Ideally I would like something part time but so far haven't found anything. I'm in Orlando area. How do I get over this fear of not knowing what the hell im doing?!
  2. I live in central Florida and have been working for about three months as an RN in hospice. Starting pay was $25.66/Hr. They have asked me to be the charge RN indefinitely but when I asked for more money they said they couldn't pay me anymore. Not sure what to do about taking the charge position. Guess it would look good on resume but why take on the added hassle of being responsible for the whole unit for the same pay I was getting to just take care of my 3-4 patients. Any thoughts??
  3. I'm new to this topic and am a but confused. I am interested in doing the RN to BSN program. I also have my BA & am wondering how many credits will transfer, thus hopefully taking me less time to complete the program. Basically I wanna know which program will transfer the most existing credits. I was gonna do this program thru chamberlain a few years ago since they were taking the most credits but I ended up not doing it then. I had never heard of this "competency" program before. I think chamberlain had me being able to get my BSN in a year. What's the most likely amount of time it takes most people thru this program instead? Thanks for any info
