I hope we don't have to wait for everyone to finish to hear one way or the other! For those doing the references, how many are you putting down all 5? Or did you hear 4 is enough, if you have two managers??

Do we know when the start date is?? Is it different for all units or the same?

Yes! A lot less. Though I guess it depends on where you are. I'm salaried, so for the actual number of hours I'm working its not that bad.

I didn't hear back yet from my peds interview, it seemed like if we didn't hear by the end of today that we most likely weren't chosen. Was that your impression as well?
