  1. Try going to nursing homes in your area and filling out an app or dropping off your resume. It tends to be easier for new CNAs to get jobs in ltc facilities. Good luck!!
  2. Congrats!! I hope to hired that fast once I finish my CNA class!
  3. You could look in to schools that have accelerated BSN programs.
  4. Does anyone know how to get scholarships or loans for a CNA class? I really want to take a the CNA class next month (or at least as soon as possible) but I don't have the money to pay for it out of pocket. (Its $950 for tuition alone). Thanks in Advance :)
  5. I say go for it! I'm a senior in high school too and I'm going to CNA school next month. Its a really good way to get your feet wet before you commit to doing something for the rest of your life. Not to mention you can start networking with people in the medical field before you graduate and you'll have a little something extra to put on your resume.
