hi taking test in early morning. can u pls clarify my doubts. thank u. URGENT HELP. 1) in which cases we have to wear sterile and clean gloves-???? 2) open wound- if the dressing doesn't contain the drainage- place on contact precaution and if the dressing contain the drainage -place on standard precautions?????? 3) tai ch????? 4) immunization???* (is following vaccination for the exam?? because the link that you have forwarded seems kind of confusing to me. )* vaccines: Hep B=* 0mo, 1-2mo, 6-18mo Hib = 2mo, 4mo, 6mo, 12-15mo* Pneumo=* 2mo, 4mo, 6mo,12-15 mo Dtap=* 2mo, 4mo, 6mo, 15-18mo, 4-6yrs; Td q 10 yrs IPV=* 2mo, 4mo, 6-18mo, 4-6yr Varicella = 12-15mo, 4-6yr MMR=* 12-15mo, 4-6yr Hep A = 12-23 mo (2 doses, 6 mo apart)* Mening=* 9-11 yrs* Rota=* 2mo, 4mo, 6mo Influenza=* 6 mo and then yearly after* 5) how garlic can add the stress* level to sedentary lifestyle ??? 6) how left side with lower extremities elevated can increase the risk of air embolism?( not left sided trendelenburg position) 7) in case of the command hallucinations do we have to ask what the voices are saying to you???? - for safety purpose and in other cases of hallucinations do we have to ask what the voices are telling you???--but it shows as we are agreeing with them??? 8) in case of grief : we have to use " i understand that your wife died two months ago" and can't use the " i am so sorry that you lost your wife"= euphemism=)???? but in other cases of the psychology portion,* we can't ask " i understand how you feel" because the answer is non therapeutic and the focus is on the nurse. 9) what is the duration of real labor? 10) haemophilus influenza pneumonia= standard precaution in adults???(sir, could u please list some of the pneumonia which comes under standard precautions) 11)localized herpes zoster= standard precaution in pt. with intact immune system 12) in which type of injection can we massage after after giving injection (IM or SC)????

q-trainers are a set of questions which the kaplan have put it under the name of q-trainer1..2...3... there are 7 of them.

m taking mine on coming wednesday morning......i haven't finished my practice questions....i have just two days left with me and have done only 24% of q-bank and 3 q- trainers....what should i do ....... and i can't rsxchedule my date tooo..... can anyone help me????? i lost all my hope........

just a few days left for me for the test date .....i am worried whether the kaplan questions are enough to practice for the nclex -rn exam......i haven't done any questions other than kaplan questions ....is that enough ?????? any advive would be greatly appreciated..thank you....

can anyone help me????? i am scheduled to give my exam in third week of this month and my kaplan program is expiring on the june 2nd...i have jus started the q-bank questions......so is there anyone who can help me...help would be greatly appraciated thank you in advance....
