I'm not a big eater. When I worked night shift, I ate a good supper (breakfast?) before leaving for work. Then for my 12-hour shift I had coffee, water, sandwich, chips, veggies (usually raw, baby carrots), and maybe a sweet like a cookie, brownie, or several chocolates. I only thing I wanted to do when I got home in the morning was collapse in bed, but I usually ate some yogurt.
