Those are horrible ratio's is this actually legal? Are there med aids passing the meds? Are there CNA's for ADLs? What are the actual responsibilities, Surely one nurse can not pass meds for 100 pt's and be expected to do anything else?

Just from a fresh viewpoint, I thik there are many sterotypes that fall on nurses and of them all I guess being seen as an Angel would seem to be the least offensive.I do know more nurses that are barflys than saints, I also know several that are downright beetches that no one would ever take for an Angel. Nurses eat their young, Media nurse, Betty Boop, Ditzy Doctor Hunters(looking for husband) and there are probably more.

I am curious to know why you started doing this just recently? Was there something that inspired you?I would not be offeneded BTW

Why has it never been an "issue" for wives of gynecologists? Their chosen specialty demands that they obviously get much more "intimate" with their patients and much more frequently than any nurse with her male patient.....................
