  1. hey meimpress, i saw the pm u sent me but the site wont allow me to respond back unless i have 15 posts. i dont understand but regardless, dont feel bad. I took mines for the second time on june 26 my computer shut off at 190 questions and i really thought i had passed this time and i didnt. i was crying so much, the first time i took it, it also shut off at 75. i used the PDA book, saunders, and did questions from pearson and mclex 3500. i am also looking for a study partner but im all the way in miami, fl. Im trying to set up a new routine and im waiting for the letter in the mail so i can see what my weaknesses were during the exam. DONT GIVE UP!!!! we can do this. i want to retest again on AUG,12. the website isnt letting me respond to your messages. idk why. but you can email me at [email protected] or jennifer.m.dufresne@facebook
  2. did you find out if you've passed? i tested on june 26 and tried the pvt trick and took me to the cc page. I dont know how i could have failed this time around (2ND time test taker). I studied so hard and my comp. shut off at 190 questions.

  7. good luck! im taking my nclex for the second time now on june 26. i couldnt be more nervous. been preparing for it for a while now never feel completely ready
  8. im not trying to scare you lol but im being realistic and im trying to prepare you to get ready to dedicate a full year full time to nursing and nothing else. looking forward to seeing you soon , best wishes :)
  9. hey update on how the RN program at FNC is going for me....well so far so good....just be prepared because its EXTREMELY HARD!!! its an accelerated program therefore we go supppper fast....eleven chapter tests every week, clinicals, and care plans. Its tough to have to learn everything at such a fast speed and have to pass every test with a 77 as passing. good luck! im counting down the days till graduation in December
  10. i believe you will do fine I will pray for you tho :) I did not study for the TEAS it tested me on basic knowledge I had already acquired from receiving my AA degree in general studies. Do not get stressed out just be confident and you will pass. Goodluck and let me know how you do!
  11. I got accepted at the end of september 2010, I had gone into the school just for some information on the program and since the adviser told me that I had all the prequistes ready to start in the Jan 2011 term that I should go ahead and take the TEAS to start saving my seat before they got full. I passed the TEAs on the first try with an 80%. The test is not as hard as people make it seem it basically tests you on your basic knowledge. With that all done I had reserved my seat for Jan. in mid October. So if you want to get into the nursing program I suggest you start now because they get full fast now since all the other nursing schools in South Florida are already full. I hope to see you at FNC one day soon and if you have any further questions feel free to ask. I begin classes in 2 days and I am so very nervous/excited!! I wish you also the best of luck in all your future endeavors :)
  12. hello nonyrn, my name is jennifer and im currently enrolled at Florida national college about to start the RN program in January 2011 at the south campus. I transferred all my pre-reqs from Miami-dade college where i had acquired an AA degree. I was only missing ethics and human growth which I did in the Oct.25 -Dec. 16 semester. I found that it is easier to complete the pre-reqs at Miami-dade rather than FNC because the classes are more affordable and the semesters are more lengthy rather than mini-terms like the one's offered at FNC. Another thing is that FNC makes you take a big majority of your pre-reqs online and I don't feel I learn the material as well in that form. Goodluck to you and dont give up. Maintain perserverance.
