I took the nclex pn at pearson Jan 10 2014 and Ididnt get the good pop up, I was so confused when I left I recieved my results from the board if nursing it stated nearly passed that hurt really bad, I did not cry because now I know what the test is like and im gonna tackle it again.

I am surprised at the attitude some people have about the new law in Florida this law is not only for felony convictions it also applies to adjudication witheld meaning not convicted did you know that people who have rape convictions or even murder convictions can get licensed this law does not apply to them.and under some circumstances what if you were working for someone whom was defrauding medicaid without your knowledge and you get arrested under this statue and lose your license would you like a chance to get your license back or would you feel 15 years is adequate for the action done? hmmm....

I would like to know if this is real because i was denied to take the nclex last year my classmates have taken it i was the only one out of 47 students denied to take the exam due to this law it has been 12 years passed since the felony it was ajudicated no convictions this is truly unfair.I am a lil excited to read this news but can anybody tell me that this is confirmed.
