Hi thanks but the teacher wants us to look at the patient as a whole, she want us to follow star, we have never seen a wound let alone dress one?

Evidence of critical thinking and analysis I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE TEACHER IS LOOKING FOR AND SHE IS NOT VERY HELPFUL, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME TO GET STARTED, I AM ALSO NOT SURE OF WHAT OBS TO LOOK FOR, NUEROVASCULAR OR NUEROMUSCLAR, NOT SURE IF THE CLIENT HAS HAD A FALL ALL THE ASSESSMENT SHOWS IS A SKIN TEAR TO HER LEFT ARM WHICH CAN BE REALIGNED, BUT I AM TOTALLY LOST - PLEASE HELP ANYONE
