I find myself drawn towards being humble, especially in the medical field. There is an infinite amount of things to learn. If that angers you or makes you feel aggressive, you blew it. It should invigorate and excite you, and make you more willing to listen and or if necessary, explain things to others. Not bark out commands.

First of all, relax. Take a few deep breaths and just "be" a CNA like you were shown in class.

I'll put it too you this way. Whenever I have children, I will be able to bang out a brief change while driving and smoking a pipe packed with Captain Black in under 2 minutes.
