I have decided that I'm going to attend Middlesex, orientation is on July 21. I've already requested my student background check. Next is my physical everything is due the middle of august...I'm so excited!

Can anyone give me any information on Universal Training Institute? Would you recommend this school for lpn training?

Ok thanks for the info it's very helpful. Are the uniforms and books included in tuition? I'm going to have to pay out of county tuition. Just need an idea of how much I will need...Thanks!

Thank you Sarasmile! I received the information packet. it had info on incounty tuition also info on getting a background check. They gave us a date in july to come in for a meeting with the school. I guess I will have to chose day or evening by then. By the way, what are the daytime & evening hours? Do you know what is the required grade point average to successfully complete a course? Also does the school utilize an exit exam?

What school did you decide to go to? and how is the program? thinking about attending UTI.

Were you able to find a job since your completion of UTI? I'm thinking about attending the school in september the evening program.

Thank You so much SaraSmile for responding to my email. Wow almost half the class failed...must be really intense. How do they give A&P? Is it by itself or is it given with other courses? I took it in college I wonder if they will except transfer credits. Also, does the school work with a nursing program called ATI? I live in NY so if I get excepted I will be driving into NJ which isnt so bad because the traffic will be heading the other way. Are there any students in your class that commute from NY? UTI is more expensive its $15,100 the evening program is 15 months. Mon-Thurs 6pmtil 10pm. There is a class starting may 23rd and the next class will be in september. I have to decide very quickly. I feel confident about the exam I took at middlesex but I need to weigh my options. Thanks for listening your feedback is always appreciated.

Hi SaraSmile3, I just took my entrance exam today at middlesex county vocational for the lpn program and I'm very curious to know how intense is the evening program if you are still attending? Also your opinion about the program is it worth it. I also took the entrance exam at the universal training institute in perth amboy and will have to make a choice. any feed back about the school would be helpful. Thank you and good luck to you!

Hi, Kd0403...I also took the hesi exam on wednesday. I did well on the english, but I missed math by a few points and have to retake the math portion. How did you do??

Hi, I'm in the same situation as you Im expecting to have a baby in 2months so I decided to start school in Aug 2011...how was the exam that you took? I just filled my application out. I have an appointment next week with the school. I don't know if I should enroll for the day program or evening? Im kind of gearing towards the evening program. When do you take the next exam?

That is a blessing, congrats to you Bklyn Butterfly86 I know your excited! I applied for the day but I think I'm going to change it to the evening program. My interview is thursday with the Center for Allied Health and Nursing I'm still working on answering the five questions. How was the interview? Any helpful tips I'm Really nervous over here!

I passed the entrance exam at the center for allied health and nursing. I'm scheduled for the interview next week. I'm nervous and curious to know what are some of the questions asked during the interview and how long is it??? Any information or help would be highly appreciated! thank You.
