Hi, I was recently accepted for Fall 2017 too and can't really find any reviews/info for the program. Have you had any luck?

I'm not sure about the grant funding but is a union position.. Not sure if that means anything..

Hi Everyone! I am a newly licensed nurse that is unsure which job offer to accept. I was recently offered a position as a nutritionalist at the WIC office, a few days later I interviewed for a RN position at an allergy office. The allergy office hours require driving to two different offices in the same day and the hours are only part time. The WIC office is full time with benefits but the pay is low. I don't know which job would be better for experience to eventually change jobs. Any advice is welcome!

does any one on here know what books are needed for ccac allegheny nursing 130 and 140?

The night program has been very disorganized so far, to say the least.. I'm hoping it gets better in the fall. Have you registered for fall yet? If not classes are tuesday and thursday nights and you have a choice of having clinical friday, saturday or sunday from 7am to 3pm.

Hi cmaye30, I am currently in the night program at allegheny campus, Im not sure what books we will be using as they sold a bundle package at the beginning of the spring semester. Most people decided to buy the books seperately from other places because it was cheaper and the book store didnt get all the books until almost the second month of classes.

does anyone else feel even more lost after the orientation at Allegheny today then before they went? lol. There was way too much to absorb at one time.

I have everything done and turned in as of Friday. I already have a stethoscope from previous classes and the scrubs.. I got the book list today too I'm hoping to be able to find some of the books for a little bit cheaper then there list prices.

pghgirl7- I already have the scrubs from a previous year, so I don't need to go to the fitting so i'm not sure what day it is.stefanie1- my schedule for allegheny evening is monday 5:30-9:30 and thursday 5:30-10:30. then you have the option of clinical either wednesday 3-11 or saturday 7-3

thanks. when you registered did you actually have options? the only thing we could pick was clinical day

Does anyone who got into Allegheny campus know where we go to register? I have my appointment tomorrow and I cant find the paper that tells me where to go

How do you sign up for the CPR class at Agh?

has anyone had any luck finding a cpr class? And I saw somewhere that there is cpr certification for health providers online, does anyone know if ccac will accept online cpr?
