I feel your pain! The program I'm applying to doesn't even go by merit, they do a lottery selection system - think of how stressed I am right now. I am quite nearly ripping my hair out!

I hope it is worth applying. I talked to the nursing advisor. For 24 full time spots every qtr they have 200 applications in the fall, 90-100 in the winter, and 75 for full time/20 for part time in the spring. No they do not give preferential treatm...
