My problem is I do not have a paid experience but I have 3 years volunteer experience Will they consider my experience??? Another is what type of IELTS is needed in SKILLED MIGRATION ...GENERAL OR ACADEMIC

I'm still here in Philippines doing some volunteer work as RN for 1 year already My brother in Australia told me to get at least 2 years nursing experience before he sponsor me ( I don't know much about sponsorship ) I am also a second courser and I think my credentials are not that good for example my TOR.
