  1. Hi all, I am staying with elmsn so one more opening for ABSN. SM has my decline notice.
  2. I am taking both classes through Santa Barbara City college's online program and she knows this. (These were approved classes for ABSN pre-req) These classes are very informative and relevant to healthcare professionals. However, they are not very intensive. Maybe if these classes are more intensive, 'auditing' may be possible (??) I am still going to go through with both classes since they are useful and interesting. The information from these classes are foundation so more is better for us. Does anyone else want to approach her about it and let us know if 'auditing' is possible for some situation?
  3. It probably changed because too many students have been auditing these classes and they took just as much time/resource as those who were paying for the full price. But I am sure that they will address this issue at the orientation.
  4. Hi Mhfp, I am sure that they are still reviewing the apps this week. My stat is Teas: 97.5% - Reading, 97.8%- Math 4.0 on all science (chem, biology) I was already accepted into ELMSN so my application was reviewed already. So, if the same people were reviewing ABSN applications, it makes a perfect sense that I may have received one of the early calls. Anyway, don't worry. The calls will go out throughout this week and probably even into next week. Good luck!!
  5. JustDandy, LO, the admission counselor told me this afternoon. I asked her about it when she called me about the ABSN admission. She said that SM's patho and pharma classes will be more intensive so we have to take them at SM.
  6. I just found out that Patho and Pharma classes that I am currently taking will not be credited for elmsn. I was hoping to save $$ and just audit these classes at SM. Since I also applied to ABSN as well, I needed these classes for pre-req. BTW, ABSN calls from sac are going out. I received the call and I am also accepted to ABSN. So, for those who are on the waitlist, your number may move up if some people decide to move from elmsn to ABSN program. (I am staying with elmsn)
  7. OK, calls are going out. I received a call from the admission counselor this afternoon and I am accepted to ABSN. This was for Sacramento and I applied only to sac campus. Good luck to all!!
  8. Congrat to all those who got accepted!!! We will see each other on Nov 15th - orientation date. Yes, mark your calendar. It is the same orientation date for all ELMSNs and ABSNs.- according to Liza.
  9. Congrat! ReadyAlready.
  10. Hi, To those who were interviewed this weekend, I am sure that you all did very well. :) How did it go? How many were being interviewed? Did they provide any updated status?
  11. Hey ilnurse, Good luck with your interview!! Let us know what happen!:)
  12. Also congrat to pphmd! I will see you in orientation.
  13. Sorry for the confusion. The email was just for me. She was replying to my email regarding my CM acceptance.
  14. Hi FNP candidates, Good news! In the email that I received from SM admission counselor last night indicates that FNP interviews are still going on and the decision will be made after the final interviews are over. It doesn't indicate when these interviews are conducted but they are still interviewing. :) So, if you don't get the call today, don't worry. It is being delayed for few weeks.
  15. And yeah, My personal statement was genetic and not program specific.
