Congrats! The biggest challenge I've found is having to change jobs when we PCS. Each community has it's own dynamic. His last duty station it was easy to find work. This one it's been hard. Around here it's not what you know or your experience, it's WHO you know!

Any others out there? I'm a LPN and an Army Wife. Would be great to chat with other Nurses that are Military Wives!

After mailing in my application and supporting documentation it took them a week to respond. My former employer screwed up my paperwork and checked the box saying I wasn't required to have a license to work for them. Ugh. Needless to say it took six weeks to sort that out.
