  1. Student_FNP, I will be a new grad starting in July. What do you suggest spending on rent with a new grad salary? Thanks!!
  2. I was accepted for the peds track! SO EXCITED! Congrats to everyone who was accepted!...See you all in Nashville :)
  3. Same! The wait feels so long!...I looked at old posts and last year's cohort found out the 8th (thursday), so maybe we'll hear very soon!...good luck everyone! :)
  4. I had my interview this week as well! Everyone was very nice and I think it was a good experience...Now the wait begins........
  5. Rach1120, I received my email around 5:00pm as well. I will be interviewing for the Peds track. Maybe they are emailing by tracks?
  6. An email that I received said that we will be getting an email follow-up during the second week of February. So, only about 3 weeks away!
  7. I sent my application in a week or so ago....Very exciting :) Good Luck everyone! I'm applying to peds track. Does anyone know how they select interviews? (Point system, etc.)
  8. Did you use single space or double space? I can do it w/ single space, but I was told that it's harder for interviewers to read.
  9. mangatron- I'm having the same problem! I am not sure I can fit everything on to one page. Especially because they ask 3 different questions....not sure what to do...
  10. Mangatron, I feel the same way! I am applying to the Summer cohort as well and it is definitely my first choice :)
  11. CONGRATS to everyone who was accepted! I am applying for the Summer 2011 cohort, which begins very soon. Any advice about the application process from those who were accepted?? Thanks!!
  12. I'm applying soon for the Summer 2011 cohort....Any suggestions for the application? Thanks!
  13. If you think it's likely you made a mistake then you can ask them to look at the exam. It all depends on the professor. Most college professors take the stance "that's what you earned, so that's what you'll get". But, there are exceptions and if you think this professor might give you some other options then it's worth a try.
  14. You might have already gotten a lease....but most students live in Bryn Mawr and Rosemont. The other popular choices are Wayne and Ardmore, but these are a bit farther. Bryn Mawr is the most popular choice because it's close to campus and local bars and shops. I agree, craigslist is the way to go.
  15. If you have enough money to comfortably last you through this rotation then maybe you should consider cutting down the number of shifts. However, if it's necessary that you work then it's just one of those times in life you'll have to work really hard to stay on top of things. I agree with "itsmejuli"...."Its all a matter of being organized and sticking to your personal schedule".
