I just started in the NICU and I really want to get a neonatal reference book. I know a lot of people have the Merenstein & Gardner's Handbook of Neonatal Intensive Care book. So I was wondering what reference books other people used and what they recommend for a new nurse in the NICU.

I used Oh Oh Oh they traveled and found voldemort guarding very secret horcruxies. I found it on wikipedia, they have tons of them. It really helped me in A&P and nursing assessment. I hope it helps.

Thanks guys. I ordered my stethoscope today in pearl pink and I even got my name engraved on it. I can't wait til it gets here.

Thanks for your imput. I think I'm leaning towards the pearl pink now I'm hoping it doesn't have the same problem as the breast cancer pink one does and is actually pink, not shiny pale.

I really want to get a new stethoscope, the one I have now is impossible to hear out of. I want a pink Littman stethoscope but I'm not sure what color to get. I looked at the breast cancer pink one and I know I am going to be disappointed with it's color. Does anyone have raspberry colored Littman? Is it more pink or purple? Does anyone else make a really good stethoscope that comes in pink?

My Fall schedule is: Human Growth and Devolpment World Lit Nutrition Nursing Assessment Foundations of Professional Nursing I can't wait until classes start on August 23rd. I begin clinicals in the spring. :)

I took chemistry and A&P II together. It really wasn't too hard. Maybe because I had already been through a semester of A&P so I knew what to expect from that class. But I also know people who struggled with chemistry while in A&P I because they're teacher wasn't very good. It really all depends on you and your professors I guess.

Hi I'm starting nursing school to get my BSN in August. I was wondering what to expect when I go to orientation. I'm really excited and wondering what other people's experiences were like.
