  1. congrats .............you passed
  2. I got the good pop up On January 21,2003... name was posted on the 23rd... It still works
  3. This is what I did my 2nd time around. I purchased the Lippincott 11th edition Q&A book.... as i went thru each chapter answering questions any question i had a problem with or didn't know i referred to my saunders and read that section and then continued answering more question in Lippincott...so i basically had both books open while i worked on my questions.... when i looked back at my Saunders book...i realized i covered a lot of information because the Lippincott questions cover every topic... Doing a lot of questions is really helpful because it trains your mind on how to answer or think critically during your NCLEx. My first time i only studied content so when i got hit with those question on my first exam i panicked and wasn't sure how to answer it.... hope i didn't confuse you with my response. bottom line is i answered questions then referred back to saunders for content if i didn't know something
  4. Saunders have great content......all my professors pushed that book.....it is very good for content
  5. yes thats the pop up..you passed congrats
  6. congrats boo
  7. The Ready to pass i used was just the book they used in the actual class. An old school mate took the 499 course and just made a copy of the workbook they used. It was very straight to the point and helped with alot of pointers and little details that i wasn't aware of. I also advise to review your procedures like sterilization techniques, eye irrigation procedures, steps to putting in Ivys etc which are fundamentals.....know the steps
  8. It helped me with questions... definitely...first time i only concentrated on content...second time i did 200 questions a day.... and looked up items i didn't know......
  9. Well I just graduated with my ADN also just passed my boards but I am already enrolled in a BSN. Time is ticking and it seems that everyone wants you to have a BSN so gotta do whatcha gotta do
  10. I took my boards yesterday. Tried the Pvt and got the good PoP up! I have faith that it works so Im not even doubting it!!! It has worked for all of my classmates so Im sure it will work for me!!! This was my 2nd try. I went into the testing center with complete confidence. Prior to leaving my home, I wrote on my daughter's chalk board my name and the words R.N. i put it out there in the universe cause he said "ask and you shall receive" and I did. I prayed all the way to the site and before I sat to take my exam. I believe i got all 265 questions not really sure cause I minimized my time and questions but the last time I looked I was at 200. Tried the POP up again and still got the same message !! I really feel like a monkey was removed from my back. I graduated in September ..too it the 1st time in November 22,2013..failed at 265... took a 2 week break ..picked myself back up and scheduled my exam. I analyzed my report and worked on the topic that i was lacking in. First Time around I took the Kaplan, Hurst, did all the QT and even tried Remar prep book......2nd time I only used Saunders , Lippincott and Lacharity...... I also used Ready to pass which was recommended by an old school Mate and BOOM it worked..Im an RN. I left wall street life when i got accepted to my nursing program and have not worked since. Hubby supported me thru my 20 months of nursing school and my months of studying , financially and emotionally.... I was disappointed when i failed the first time but decided to get myself together and I did!!! Everyone in my class was passing and I started to feel like an idiot!!!! I was one of the highest GPA in my class. It is true that the NCLEX is nothing like what you are taught in school. You have to think like the NCLEX LADY!!! Have faith ....Believe in yourself and you will conquer the NCLEX demon!!!
  11. Congrats hun!!!
