Enjoyed reading all the posts. I use to work (NA) in the ICU, L&D, Nursery, Postpartum. I also 'floated' to oncology, post-op and progressive care units. I haven't quite decided on an area to be honest.. however I am just starting out and have plenty of time. Some things that do interest me are Travel Nurses, Flight Nurses & Infertility.

Not sure which is worse... our manufacturing jobs going overseas and US citizens losing jobs... or non-US citizens coming here filling jobs positions and US citizens losing jobs.

This is MY favorite verse and one I think of often when faced with difficulties. This will get you through when nothing or no one else will.

I appreciate your original post and all the replies. I honestly haven't told anyone. My hubby and I discussed options, so he knows. However I am sort of afraid to say it. Like if I say it then it is real. So I say, *ahem* I am undecided! (proudly) Silly I know, yet I just can't bring myself to tell people yet. I am in the baby steps (no pun intended) of this program. I just took placement tests to START college. So I have a ways to go. Maybe when I am accepted, I might leak out the news to a few people. I am just the type of person that holds things close to the heart until a much later date. I say only you know what you are capable of... and I say WE are capable of anything we set out mind to, as one poster worded. *smiles*

1st time poster... I am in the VERY early stages. I go next week to take my Compass test at Ivy Tech Kokomo. That is step one... Any advice is appreciated!!!! Is Logansport easier to get into than Kokomo? Shantay
