Well, to start I'm a new grad in nursing and I accepted a job in LTC as a medcart nurse. I'm being started out at 21/hr, which I thought was pretty good considering the economy ... Anywho, I would just like to know what I need to expect with this job...

The best advice I can give you is stick with one resource. If the teacher pulls mostly form one Author, stick with that. When I was in nursing school, I completely overloaded myself with material. At times, it just wouldn't stick. Learn to concentrat...

Not sure, but I live in AL and I make 21/hr as a new grad.
