hi I would like to ask if how could I verify the date when I took my NCLEX exam...the NCLEX pass letter notification does not contain the date of the exam and it is needed in the vermont application form.. I just wanted to make it sure before I filled-up this form..thanks

immigrant visa..i've been emailing them and asking them on what stage does my application is but they didn't respond to me..my fear is i already signed a contract with them and their rep, when they were here, promised us that they could file our papers in 3 months time..its already 4 months and they haven't updated me...all i wanted is a pd so that i have something to wait for....

can an nclex passer apply for alaska..do i have to retake the exam or just request the originating state to forward the result to Alaska bon..how about the cgfns..is this waived if you already passed the nclex..thanks

thanks choco..correct me if im wrong..ms *** means that if the file has been destroyed..you just have to file another application by examination, submit all docs and the previous exam result will be used as the basis in issuing the license provided of course that you have the ssn
