hi i would like to ask if how could i verify the date when i took my nclex exam...the nclex pass letter notification does not contain the date of the exam and it is needed in the vermont application form.. i just wanted to make it sure before i fille...

can an nclex passer apply for alaska..do i have to retake the exam or just request the originating state to forward the result to Alaska bon..how about the cgfns..is this waived if you already passed the nclex..thanks
