I just checked my message and it still says the same thing, hopefully we will no something by the end of the day. I talked to CC yesterday and he said I was still waitlisted and he didnt know if we would know first thing this am or this evening the final decision.

Yeah, they are next on my list to try as well. I was trying to steer away from the 2 year programs because they only offer an associates degree, And now a day's i hear so much about the hospital's making the nurses go back to get their bachelor's. So i thought baptist would be a good place to go but at this point beggers cant be choosey I will go anywhere that takes me. I will also be looking into dyersburg state's program and the uofm.

@unionnurse12, im with you lady this waitlist crap sucks. I have not given off all hope yet, maybe one of us will get lucky and here something tomorrow!

@ unionnurse12 check the account again my old link is gone and a new one is there stating that I have been waitlisted as of now and should have a final decision by the end of the week. Does not sound good but if it meant to be it will if not I will have to explore other areas in the medical field

Hey Jessie, I know this is totally off subject but I am interested in this school as well. Can you tell me if you are able to work during the day time program. I was told that they no longer had a nights and wkend program that would allow people to still hold down a job while attending classes at night. I just dont want to apply and then get myself into a bind where I cant work and help support my family at the same time

If you dont mind me asking how long did the process of acceptance take. Like when did you apply and how long before you knew you were in. Also, how many prerequisites had you finished before applying

I am a 2013 fall hopeful, I just finished micro and anatomy 2 on yesterday now its time to study for the entrance exam. I have heard the fall program is less competitve than the spring because its a day time program.

@ memphish I just wanted to make sure I read correctly did you get admitted into the prgram before finishing one of the pre-req's. What was your index score without the class and are you still in the program

Hey Memphish, I know this message is super late but did I read this correctly when you said you applied to the rgram when not being done with Micro and what was your index score? Also are you still in the program

How was the test I had a couple of peopl in my anp 2 class talk about it and it was almost discouraging to here them describe it

@ellie sorry it took me so long to reply since I am the one whom started this thread but yes, I am taking both Micro and anp2 this fall and so far Micro has been great. I have not taken a test in anp 2 yet.
