  1. FYi...beginning Fall 2011, FSCJ will equalize the # of admissions into the RN program to 144 students per term instead of Fall-168, Spring-144, and Summer-96.
  2. I told you so, Lindsayy!!!! Congrats KT2010!!!! To Jesus Be All The Glory!!!!
  3. I told you so, Lindsayy!!!! Congrats KT2010!!!! To Jesus Be All The Glory!!!!
  4. The declination letter said that I have 195.08 pts. I counted 193 incorrectly due to a class that transferred in from another college and I took the NAT twice, so it was difficult for me to determine my true score.
  5. Thanks, Wanna-Be-RN!!
  6. Have faith. You'll get a call. The person I spoke with said they are getting a lot of students declining their seats. I would at least wait until Wed. because they have until tomorrow to accept their offer. At least you know that you are next in line. I'd hold to that as, "Accepted". It could be worse, you could still be thinking 14 people need to decline for you to get in. Fact is, only 1 needs to decline. I'd wait til Wednesday for Columbia.
  7. Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!Praise Jesus!!!!!! I'm in. I got my letter of declination today and as soon as I read, "I regret to inform you", the phone rang from the Nursing Dept. I was 109 with 195.08 pts. She said they are many seats are being declined.

  9. I applied for the summer with 193 pts. I don't know if mine is high enough. What were ya'lls scores?
  10. I have never heard this before. I know about the 150% rule, but obtaining an AA degree may or may not put you at 150th percentile. I thought they went by the percentage of total credits earned. I'm planning on getting my AA during the summer if I'm not accepted into the nursing program in the summer. I need to talk with an advisor. I hope I'm accepted in the program, then I won't have to worry about this.
  11. Does anyone know if this is true?
  12. Knoxy, You can download the application from the school's website under RN program and print out an unofficial transcript. Attached it with your NAT scores (1st and 2nd tries) to the application. Turn them in at NS campus blg C, 2nd floor. I think it's C212, but not positive.
  13. I retook the NAT yesterday, my score increased by 7 pts. I turned in my application yesterday too. My total score is 195. If I don't get accepted for the summer, I'll definitely be accepted for Fall. If I don't get in for summer, I'm finishing my AA degree, since I only need 2 classes. Then, I can apply to FSCJ, JU, and UNF.
  14. I thought the absolute last day for instructors to post grades was the 22nd. I hope not because my A&P instructor is slow about grading. Anyway, how well did you all do on your 2nd attempt at the NAT? Depending on my scores next time, I may have to apply again in the Fall. If so, I'll have Micro and I know I'll get in. If I don't get in i'm going to finish my AA in the summer. Also, an advisor told me to get registered for the CPR course before the new year.
  15. There are several RN program entrance exam study books at the library. The good thing is that they have review sections for Biology and Physics. The other sciences, you'll have to take the courses to gain the knowledge.
