Not Yet!! But I remembered recruiter didn't ask me what unit I wanted to be on during interview. Did she ask you, ML1234?

Yes, They will give you the topics what you will need to write about. You probably want to contact usf nursing advisor for the details. They would love to help you with all the questions you might have. Honestly, I don't really remember the topics. :)

I am done with first semester and will be graduating next year August. You will have good instructors and some okay instructors any school you go to. Go to USF website and find information for out of state tuition per credit. We are taking 69 credits for nursing!

You got the mail late. Oh well, I was shocked I didn't get in with 4.0 prereqs and science GPA. FSU students get priotity to get into the nursing school, but they wouldn't tell exactly what other criteria.. That sucks that we don't know where we are standing at. So, where did you decide to go? I think I am going to USF accelerated program in summer term. Good luck to you all!!

Do you guys feel overwelming before the program strats? English is my second language, and I just worried that I can do well in the program. I know we will definitely help each ohter but I feel more scared than exciting..

pleadingandpraying - what was your gpa? i am thinking usf accelerated program. i got into summer term and will be graduating next year august, but it's a lot of work!! i got into ucf fall term.. but we will see..

FSU has been my first choice, and I couldn't admit the fact I didn't get in. But I need to go to Plan B. Good luck to your daugher!

I just called CON, and they said that FSU students get priority over transfer students. They wouldn't tell what ave GPA for acceptance!

I didn't get in, but I had 4.0 sicence gpa and 4.0 prereqs gpa. 3.77 total gpa... I thought I was gonna get in.

to. ddoris you might want to ask them what was average gpa for acceptance. i think you have great chance getting in. did you miss any prereqs?? i applied for the accelerated program with 4.0 prereq gpa, and they require us to write essay and to have healthcare exp. we can apply for both, but will choose one. it doesn't mean there is bigger chance to get in. accelerated curriculum looks crazy, and i am not sure i will accept the spot yet. we will see..

It doesn't say anything to my status. I am going to call FSU nursing tomorrow because I need to make decision by 4/6 other schools, and I need to find out that when we will know by. I don't think "Not Formally Accepted" doesn't mean anything. Be patient and let's wait..

I just got accepted in USF, but it seems like there are more credit hours (69 credit hours) than UCF (57 credit hours). I couldn't apply to UCF, and still waiting hearing from FSU regular program. Good Luck to you, all !!

Hopefully FSU for you!! I got into UCF, but I probably not going there. Why you didn't want to go to UCF at the beginning even though you live in Orlando??

Have you applied in UCF, too? Which one is your first choice? I am waiting on my mail from FSU every day, and now I really want to go to FSU!!

But the interview questions were posted allnureses.com, and I knew it would be on the question and even practiced.. but didn't get in. I am sure each one of us thinks our anwers were good!! It was their decision to pick their students, so I don't have any complaints.

Oh well, Beth told me the same thing. My teas score was lower than ave, and my interview wasn't strong enough even though I had 4.0 GPA. Ahhh I keep thinking that it might not be a good school for me. I heard a lot more good things about JU nursing program than UNF.. but it's too expensive. Good luck to you and don't ever give up.

haha.. I applied unf, usf - accelerated program, ucf, fsu - regular program. I was gonna take hesi, but fsu said we don't need it from this year. Do you live in Jacksonville, too? I live 3 min away from UNF, and I got denied after interview. It was heartbroken !! My second choice is defi FSU, and I have a 3.77 gpa (from my BS, prereqs & science gpa is like almost 4.0). we will see
