  1. Thank you for replying. You are right. I know that I need to study hard, but I feel like NCLEX is far beyond my reach right now. However, I will continue learn English to communicate with people and make my life better.
  2. Hello. I am sorry to hear that. I feel the same way as you do. I got an official result yesterday that I could not pass the exam. I took Kaplan review class, and practiced using qbank and saunders 4th edition. English is my second language, so I spent time almost five months, including weekend, but it is not strong enough to pass the exam. Even though I did not see any similar questions from Kaplan when I took NCLEX, I like to watch Kaplan review course video. It helped me to choose priority answer when I practiced. Now it is time to study again, but I am confused what kind of materials I use to review for NCLEX.
  3. Thank you for replying. Actually, I used Kaplan and Saunders 4th ed, too for my first exam. I also used whole Kaplan's question trainers and qbank, yet I could not pass. Even though I like Management of care aria and kept good scores through qbank, an official NCLEX result showed me that I got below the passing standard. I feel kind of miserable...
  4. Thank you for replying. Actually, I've been learning English class since I came to the U.S. I have lived here for two years, but my English skills are still poor. I think that I am slow learner. It makes me feel stupid and frustrated. When I was a young, I did not spend time a lot to remember, but it became difficult to do it for me, especially after I was forty. Sometimes, I cannot believe myself. However, I want to believe that I will achieve my goals someday.
  5. I am sorry to bother you and for my poor English skills, yet please let me express my feeling. I took NCLEX-RN in May 15th and got result yesterday(it was faster than I thought) said that I did not pass it. I did not expect that I would see the same questons from Saunders or KAPLAN on my exam. I also know my English skills and medical knowledge are not strong enough to pass the exam, but I could not postpone my ATT validation date, so I tried my best. I had finished KAPLAN review class, QBANK, Saunders 4th edition and CD-Rom. Since I started studying for the first 3 months, I practiced questions around 50. Then, I practiced questions 100-150 everyday. My KAPLAN's average score was 57%. It did not reach recommended score. Instead of choosing correnct answers, I saw a lot of questions which were very different from Saunders and KAPLAN when I took NCLEX. I do not want to excuse, but it was true for me. I almost answered for questions by guess. It made me frastrated and feel low. I thought that all this effort for nothing. I felt like that I was in a different planet and stupid when I took the exam. Probabry all my efforts were not enough to pass the exam. Being a nurse in the U.S. is my part of goals, so I do not want to give up studying, yet now I am confused how I study and what kinds of material I should use except improving my English skills. If someone has helpful suggestions, please let me know. Thank you for your time.
  6. Thank you for telling me and your encouragement. I do not want to give up to take exam again. On the other hand, I am afraid of taking it again. However, I want to believe that I can understand and memorize a lot of nursing knowledge, then I will have a confidence in myself.
  7. I have been living in CA, and I got 87questions when I took exam.
  8. Thank you for everyone. I understand that I should wait for to get an official result. After I get result, I will post this forum.
  9. Hello everyone. I am sorry for my poor English skills. I am an international educated nurse. After I took exam yesterday, I knew that I did not pass it using PVT trick. Instead of good pop, I got CC window. I feel very miserable. I will receive a thick envelope from CA. Thank you for your time.
