Im taking a CNA course now. Im glad to hear that the exam will be ok to take. I freeze up at exams but i feel good about this course.

What type of nursing program are you in? How long have you been in school. Do you have any other medical trainings. Im kind of in the same boat. But im currently in a CNA weekend class to gain experience for nursing school. Ive researched this site and lot and it seems to help out in the long run.

My dad is a male nurse. He loves in and tells me all the time when he gets hit on. Some women are attracted to the male in uniform image.

My dad is a travel nurse from Louisiana. He now works in CA. He loves it especially working in CA becasue they have patient/nurse ratio laws. He works in the ER. He works through an agency and they cover all of his expenses. He apartment is in a nice gated community that costs$$$. They gove him money for that, pay, and mileage. So in CA, you cant beat that. Im a mom now so i cant travel unless its between local hospitals buts its a nice way to see the country. Im hooked.

Hello. I can kick my self for not applying to the July 2010 class. I have all of the prereqs except for Micro and my science grades are good. Im aiming now for the Jan 2011 class. I too have my BS and want to get my BSN in any way possible. Lets keep our fingers crossed that the school gets its full accreditation this summer. By then everyone will be knocking down their doors.

Thanks for the information. Did you get to make it to the information session at Herzing also. I got super busy that day with another school choice and missed my appointment time. When are applications due for the Fall? Are there any more seats left for the Fall? I would appreciate any assistance in getting this information. When i call to speak with them, everything is top secret. I really need to know this so i can decide if i need to pound down their door like today.
