Hello all, I am graduating with my BSN in August and just accepted a position in the ER at Harper University Hospital in Detroit. It is an ARC, (Detroit Receiving the major trauma center is right next door), but I hear we still get the occassional gun shot wounds dropped off at the door. My plan is to work here for a year or so and do an in house transfer to ICU in my pursuit of CRNA. Any advice for the new grad? Anything would help. Kevin

Hello all, I am graduating from GVSU's BSN program in August, and plan on entering into the SICU @ Harper as a new grad. I lucked out and my senior leadership clinical placement is in the ICU, but is there any advice you can lend to help me survive.
