This is the saddest debate I've read... its as bad as political debates on huff... I'm an MSICU nurse at a MAGNET hospital and I only have my lowly ADN or ASS(ociates) degree as it has been referred... And I gotta tell ya some of these BSN's coming out aren't the quickest nor more educated then the lowly ADN's like me. That being said, there are some nurses that have been here for DECADES and will work circles around any degree... And frankly if I were a patient here I'd take the experience over the education any day. It's one thing to be able to write a specific style of paper but its an entirely different thing to save a real life (not a textbook life). Not at all knocking any degree... Everyone should just be proud of the job they are fortunate enough to do everyday! Regardless of the letters after the RN, we all worked hard to get here. And further more, once most nurses here obtain their CCRN they could care less about the BSN that comes after the CCRN on their name badge!

So PA BON still giving me the cold shoulder lol. I called them today they gave me the generic answer that it could be anywere from 1-30 days until they issue a license number... most people I know it was within 48h....not me, I wouldn't have it any other way lol! I had to pay the money to PV to see it say the word PASS so I could breathe now its just a waiting game with this great state ugh!

I took mine last thursday the 8th and have paid for quick results that indicated I passed, although the PA BON has yet to issue me a license number. I did just get off the phone with them, they indicated that it could take anywhere from 1-30 days... though people that took it with me had a license the next day, I still do not!

Just wanted to post, PA BON still hasn't issued me a license number so... I was able to pay PV this morning to find out and it says I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!! All 265 ?'s and I passed! Unbelievable!!!

Me too!!!!!!!! PA ugh! My friend took hers yesterday too but shes up on BON, I'm so upset!

Mommycakers I am so afraid to call... as I got the max questions so this who situation just kinda stinks. I did get the good pop up about 2 hours post testing yesterday and have gotten the good pop up 5149819801645971009 times i have tried it since lol!

Ok so maybe 2 of us cant be wrong right??? I mean thousands of people had the good pop up thing work, why us two?

I feel like such a jerk for feeling a little bit of hope with the "good pop-up". If others are posted that took it with me why not mine? Maybe it has something do with my last name being at the end of the alphabet... look at me looking for any excuse...

Did everyone in PA that passed see their license on the BON site by like 9:30 the next day?

She did get the good pop-up too! I don't know how quickly they load license to website. I did see someone on here from pa that took it at 2 pm yesterday and saw their name on BON mine was at 8am!

I took my boards yesterday at 8am and came home and did the PVT, I got the "good pop-up". My friend took hers at the same time. PA BON is pretty quick about licenses... her name is up and mine isn't.

I am starting to think maybe I am the one person in thousands the trick didnt work for. I took mine yesterday and had all 265 and did the trick and got the "good pop-up", the pa BON seems to put licenses up fast. My friend took hers at the same time, he license is up...mine is not!

I can tell you that I spent days and days and many 12h night shifts going over question after question after stinkin' question... I took my exam today... got all 265 (got the good pop-up) and not a dang one of the 265 was familiar after the 1000's of questions I went over.... sooooooo Don't kill yourself!

Try checking your local BON and see if your license in on there. Here in PA its taking about 24 hours! Ill pray for you too. I have never been so upset in my whole life as the questions just kept on coming!

I just took mine today... I got all 265 questions... there wasnt an easy question in my exam I swear they were at level 3... now what...take it again I suppose!

That good luck didnt sound reassuring... I feel like the only person in the world to take it all the way till the end!

Is it just about a certainty that you failed if your computer never shuts off? I just took and it and I feel totally raped! It continued all the way till the end...
