My school also is selling the bundles with the ebooks. I'm not sure if this is really necessary but it seems to add to the cost versus just buying the book elsewhere without the ebook. I tried to compare by looking for the cost of buying ebook alone on the Elsevier site but no luck. Has anyone done this? Not sure what the ebook is exactly and if instructors require this.

If you purchase new texts from Amazon, should it be assumed they will include the ebook and access codes. Reading through several descriptions of medical books, I don't see this mentioned. Curious if anyone has purchased clinical calculations, med, surg (all elsveier supported) and if these wre included.

What type of resources do we use while at clinicals for drug information, etc...? I have read other messages talking about all the great appl. that are used with pda/smartphones. Any suggestions?

Hi, I will start my 2 year Nursing Program at Pima C.C. in the Fall of this year. I am very excited but nervous as well. It has been a couple of years since I had A&P and Chemistry. Any advice on what would be good to study before I start in August. I will have Pharmacology, Drug Calculations and Nursing Process classes. Thanks so much for any advice, it's much appreciated! :)

Hi, I also have orientation on the 26th and was wondering about the "test?" Thanks for posting the info you have heard. Also, did you receive info on the 1st semester syllabus? If so, I would love to look at it as well. It appears there are several of us on allnurses starting in the Fall. Should be exciting! Thanks for sharing what you have learned thus far :))
