  1. You definetely know more than you think you do once you get in and take the test. If you have been answering 3/4 of practice questions correctly...no matter where they are from...you probably have a great shot. I feel safe in saying though that most people feel as if they failed after they take the test...I did and everyone in my class from last May felt the same way...dont sweat it...we all did fine.
  2. Listen alot of people go into nursing and have no business in nursing. They will tell you awful things. Nursing is a very unique career that allows thousands of options. Is it easy..no....and yes the end result is a job basically anywhere you want at the moment...so it is rewarding. But nursing school isnt high school. Although it isnt as intensive as medical school, most programs are very demanding. However, if you realize this beforehand and prepare yourself you wont regret it. Some of it is fun...some is awful. Im not sure what people expect before they go into nursing...but it is after all...nursing. Its not just a desk job. You will undoubtedlly become very close to several people in your class and you will help eachother through. Definetely stick with it. If you dont like it leave. Try to find an area that you enjoy and head in that direction..good luck.
  3. There is no way to know until you get into school and see if it is for you. I knew some "intelligent" people in my class that didnt last 2 months. Unless you know for a fact you have a weak stomach and dont like to deal with people...there is no way to really predict how well you will do.
