My first pop up said that my results were on hold and a new registration could not be made at that time...It said nothing about contacting member board and anyone for that fact :) Thank goodness I am an RN and I did pass this time...I don't think my lil' ol' heart could have taken the stress of that again LOL

Just wanna add some quick encouragement for those that are getting ready to test...I took my LPN boards and passed the first time with 84 questions without really studying :-/ and then went on to get my RN...I took my RN boards 3x and COULD NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME PASS!!! I kept getting 265 questions so I knew I was right there on the line...finally on my fourth time I PASSED THANK THE GOOD LORD...I just had to keep my chin up and NOT give up!! You all have gotten through the tough part...all the hours spent away from families and friends and you CAN DO THIS!!! Keep positive, as this is the first step to passing your NCLEX!!! YOU WILL PASS!! YOU WILL!! :) ABOVE ALL DO NOT GIVE UP!!!

Sorry it took so long to respond here guys...I was upset cuz I hadn't passed and was stayin under the radar :) I found out 6 days after taking it that I did not pass...I took a couple days to mourn and then got back out there and started looking for an LPN job...No one would hire me though once they found out I was getting ready to take my RN boards...so long story short :) I took Kaplan and ON MY FOURTH TIME of taking my RN NCLEX...I PASSED!! Thank GOD!!!! I would recommend Kaplan to EVERYONE!!! They are amazing!!! :yeah::yeah::yeah:WOOHOO IM AN RN :redbeathe:nurse::redbeathe:nurse:

You could get two different pop ups...the one that mentions "contact Member Board" is the pop up that means you passed! The other is a pop up that means they are still evaluating your test and does not mean you passed or failed. Hope that helps :)

Oh girl you should do the trick!!! Waiting is driving me bonkers...Im goin on 5 days and my state participates in the QuickResults but they are holding mine for "further review" due to a timing malfunction!!! They havent decided whether or not to pass me yet!! AAAhhh...do me a favor and check LOL...But seriously Best wishes and the Lord does have a plan for everything!!! Wish you the best!!

Aww thx so much MERRYWIDOW!! I have to say though when you went in you knew you were gonna have to wait that long to get your results right? I mean I was prepared to wait 48 hours and my two friends already got their results THREE DAYS AGO!! I cant seem to keep off of Pearsonvue!! I just keep checking to see if they've posted my results like twice an hour....and then nothing!!! It's making me crazy LOL!! Im like...you just never know...maybe they posted them now...then agaaaaain nothing...over and over LOL geeze Im driving myself insane :) I know I shouldn't complain but they can't hold my results captive for too much longer...right?

Well I had a friend who only did Kaplan Qbank questions for 8hours a day for one week before her RN boards and Passed!! I wouldnt suggest it though!! I mean unless you have a lot of money you can just throw down the drain...I dont know how much it is in your state but in Kansas we pay $350 each time!! Studying and being prepared is much better (even for your psychy when you are taking the test) I mean if you go in to take the test knowing that you have not studied you are much more likely to stress yourself out, second guess yourself, and then NOT pass!! Just my opinion :) But good luck!!

Most of the students in my RN classes either had Saunders or Exam Cram.

**UPDATE** I am still WAITING!! I spoke with NCSBN this morning at 8AM and the woman said they would be releasing my scores today...her exact words "you may check later on today and your results will be available....." It is 8:30PM and I am still not able to see my results RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest you start studying those questions now! There are some NCLEX study books that go by body systems and I would suggest when you are in a class on a certain system study the chapter that pertains to it in your NCLEX study book (i.e. when you are in a class dealing with the respiratory system also study the respiratory chapter in your NCLEX book, ...this will not only start preparing you NOW for your NCLEX but it could allow you to excel in your class!! **UPDATE** I am still waiting!!! I talked to the KSBN this morning at 8 and the lady told me that PV was holding my test because I went over my allotted time...how is this MY fault...I clicked on the next button 2 seconds b4 my time ran out and then it didnt automatically shut off...so I took another ONE minute to answer the last question and then clicked next and it shut off! So why are they still reviewing my exam? This is sooo very frustrating...I feel so helpless!!! The lady at the KSBN said that it is probly cuz I am right on the verge and this last question either makes or breaks me...and since I went over the time limit with this ONE QUESTION, they cant decide whether or not to pass or fail me!! I am sick to my stomach and have a headache!! UUUuuuuggghh!!

Thx JBRN2B!! My state is one in which you MUST have ALL transcripts and Background checks and everything in before they even allow you to schedule your exam! So I know it isnt those kind of issues...I will definitely be calling KSBN at 8AM sharp tomorrow to find out the reasoning behind this!!! I already have the number programmed into my phone so all I have to do is hit "TALK..." how sad is that LOL!!

I didnt pay for my QuickResults because it wouldn't even let me access them...usually you go to pearsonvue, log in and go to your current activity and from there you can click on QuickResults when it says "your results are available." However, on MY current activity page it still says "your results are not available at this time..." I have checked it sporadically today but still the same I'll get through this...just didnt know if maybe someone had some insight as to why they would do this...

Hello Everyone!! I am new on this site and have really enjoyed all the posts. I am 29, mother of 4 who ALWAYS wanted to be in the Medical field. I started slow and did nights while my husband stayed home with kids :) I stair stepped from CNA, to Associates in Medical Assisting, to LPN, then on to my RN...took about 4 years but here I am today excited to work as an RN...BUT THERE'S A KINK HERE!!! I was wondering if anyone out there has answers for me NOW? I took my RN NCLEX on Friday at 8AM. I learned of the "trick" and shortly after finishing my test I received the "pop-up" that means your exam is still being processed. My state participates in the QuickResults feature and it is supposed to allow me to view my "unofficial" results EXACTLY 48 hours from the time of my appointment. I checked this morning at EXACTLY 8AM and NOTHING!!! It still says my results are NOT available!! I am in pain!! LITERALLY!! I know I shouldn't complain cuz there are some states that make you wait an ENTIRE month which, in my opinion is LUDICROUS, but I was thinking from the beginning that I was going to get my results NO LATER THAN today at 8AM...and then EVERYONE and their mother is calling me asking me if I passed and I keep having to go through it OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!! Anyone have any suggestions or answers for me...besides that I have to wait till tomorrow? Why would they not give me my results? BTW I took the test with two of my friends and they both have their results...WHAT IS THE DEAL??? Please HELLLLLLLLPPPP!!!

Hey Everyone...I am new to this website as well...I am an LPN since 2008 and have since gone to school for my RN...I took my NCLEX on Friday at 8 AM CST and in the state of Kansas am supposed to have access to QuickResults...I did do the "trick" the pop up that says this candidates results are on hold came up and of course I had to wait til this morning at 8 to check...I did this and to my TOTAL AND COMPLETE ANNOYANCE pearsonvue still says I am unable to check my results at this time....CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT!!!! Why is this happening? Anyone have any thoughts as to why they are doing this to me? Do they want me to go crazy? Im so frustrated!! I took the exam with two of my friends and they have gotten their results both with the trick and with the quick results feature....sooooo WHY CANT I???
