I hoping to work in Med/Surg or CCU while I go for my RN license.. I eventually want to venture into becoming a CRNA because I like the challenge of it. In order to even think about getting into a program for CRNA I have to have a year of CCU and Med/Surg.

I am loving this post! Here are mine: 1. Ok people, fractions and decimals are not ROCKET SCIENCE!! 2. Do you have your degree yet? If not, could you let the professor TEACH the class? 3. Yes I read the chapters, Yes I did the homework, No I cannot GIVE you the answers!! 4. This is an accelerated class, if you want someone to hand-walk you through every chapter, you should go to a CC and take the pre-reqs. 5. I didn't pay this much money to hear about your boyfriend being upset you are in school!! SMDH!!:anbd: 6. If you are so smart then why are we still stuck on a PROBLEM that YOU cant seem to get hold of..oh yeah u do know that we are in chapter 10 and your question is from chapter 4????? 7. I am not here to make friends..I have plenty of those..I am here to get my degree so I can move on to be a CRNA...what are YOU here for??? 8. Seriously boo...I don't care that you microbraided your own hair...can you please shut up and pay attention..oh yeah, and stop copying off my paper....

Do you have any friends that could pick your kids up and watch them for a while til you can get home? I know when I was in Charlotte I had neighbor who would pick up my two little ones for me and watched them when I had to do overtime at my old job. We just watched each others kids when the other needed it. That seemed to work for us..Hope things work out for you!

I am a single mother of 3 boys ages 14, 4, and 1. Although it's not easy, I have found a good system for child care. My mother is in the area so she watches my two youngest ones for me. My oldest boy is self sufficient so he helps her out watching the two younger siblings. I know it will be difficult when i get out of nursing school to find a set up as this, but I am hoping that once I have to my mom will still be available to help. And oh yes, I pay her, and not because she asked but because I thought it was the right thing to do.

OMG I start on Jan 25th and I am tooooooo excited!! I have been wanting this since I was 5 yrs old and realized what my mom did for a living. I am picking up where she just left off in Dec (after 45 yrs)! To say that I am anxious is an understatement. I am just ready to go already!!
