Congrats on getting accepted, it will be a long and hard road ahead of you but it will also be a fun and worthwhile one that will give you an experience you cant find anywhere else.   2. I just recently graduated from EPCC this december. I got a job at Providence and the starting pay for me as a new GN is 23.42/hr. now since i will be working nights, the differential is like 2 bucks more, and weekends is like 4 buck more. I dont know about the other hospitals though. Hope this answers your question. Oh btw, starting BSN nurses only get paid $1 more than a starting ADN nurse, FYI.
  3. Or how about a smiley face stamp on your forehead. I do think it is rather juvenile the way they promote "incentives". Just put a "Good employee report" on your record and if you get enough you get: pay raise, weekends off for a month, make your own schedule for a week, or something a nurse could actually use.
