I was told letters would be sent out...that was 2 weeks ago.

I was accepted into the acute care NP adult-gerontology too. I am going to the June orientation. I have not received anything on the drug screen either.

Wow, so very sweet and thoughtful that you remembered! UGH!!! I feel sick to my stomach and feel fairly confident that i failed I feel like I guessed on every question. I have been told I won't get my results until Wednesday. I will let you know....

I am studying for NCLEX and wanted to know why 'hypoxemia is a greater threat in somebody with COPD than oxygen toxicity'? This was a rationale to a practice quesiton I had..... I thought it would be the opposite. Any carification would be great. Thank you

I only have not taken boards yet, 2/2010. I think this sight is very helpful. I am amazed at how much nurses are willing to help other nurses, it makes me more happy that I decided on nursing as a career. I believe this sight helps one to become a better nurse because you can gain great information from seasoned nurses, learn from others mistakes, and get quick answers.... and if you wait awhile you will find out ASAP if that answer was wrong because everbody is watching what is posted. I plan to use this sight as long as I am a nurse to help me become a better one and maybe one day I will be able to help others here.

thank you for your help! i just bought saunders q & a review for the nclex-rn® examination, 4th edition and saunders comprehensive review for the nclex-rn® examination and paid to have them here tomorrow...lol the things we will do to be a nurse! congratulations to you on passing that is very encouraging! say a prayer for me over the next couple weeks that what i study stays in this little brain of mine hopefully with using these and attending the sylvia rayfield review that my work is sending me to guarantees success! it is crazy that after all the work we put into nursing school we now have to study for another test!

Thank you so much for responding :redbeathe! I am looking on Amazon and find many Saunders books..... can you tell me which one I should use? I am going to order it and have it overnighted! I am really nervous about NCLEX (as is everybody) and just want to make sure I study the right way

I have read some very encouraging things on this thread! I take the dreaded NCLEX on Feb 4 2010. With your prayers and mine we will pass! Thanks to the one that started this thread and to everyone that continued it. Thank you Jesus that we all will pass as we have all put great effort into getting where we are today.

Why did this end? It sounded like it was helpful. Any helpful ideas on studying for NCLEX?

Hi I am brand new to allnurses.com I graduated in December and I am scheduled to take NCLEX on Feb 4. I will be doing the sylvia Rayfield review through my employer. If anybody has any feedback on this review I would really appreciate it. I was hoping for Kaplan or Hurst but this is what they are providing. Secondly can anybody help me find out how to do Suzanne's plan for NCLEX. I see to look for a sticky note but I have not been able to find it. Thank you so much for any and all help!
