I paid for Kaplan and the NCLEX Review on learningext.com and to be honest I think the only thing that helped was answering question after question after question. The decision tree was completely unhelpful and the content of NCLEX was so ridiculous ...

Cobra, I picked Tuesday! I am not a fan of interviews either, especially since I don't know how long it's going to be. Good luck to you though, I think you have a good chance since you were a paramedic!
