  1. Whatever the problem is.
  2. I haven't even turned mine in yet.
  3. I'm trying to slim mine down in addition to trying to include what's required from the rubric!
  4. My TA said that the link was working ... which it is. I was able to submit it on Blackboard this morning.
  5. I started my final paper today. Because of the redundancy, do you think we can use the same info we typed in the first three weeks of assignments into the final paper?
  6. No, did not use references. I read somewhere (but I can't remember where) that the letter does not need references but it should be professionally written. Also, rubric does not say anything about references.
  7. I didn't hear from my TA so I called the school's IT help desk. They said the only approved web browser is Mozilla Firefox. I don't want to download all of that stuff into my computer. I may wait it out a few days or find someone that uses that browser. Other people in my group are having the same issue.
  8. At first I was dumbfounded but once I started, I just kept going. Got a total of two pages with the date, address, etc. and then some.
  9. I didn't even think about that. I just put mine into regular paragraph form. It's submitted already ... oh, well. All I have are DB replies for this week and on to final week. Very excited.
  10. So, I thought that the patient advocacy letter would be easy....I should know by now, nothing is easy.
  11. Yes. That's par for the course.
  12. Sent u a PM
  13. I personally have never taken two nursing classes at the same time but I never recommend it. Every class, to me, seems overwhelming. Other people, it doesn't bother them.
  14. Week 3 looks like a ton of work also.
  15. If I recall correctly, I think the paper in week 5 is to be 4-6 pages probably not including title, abstract, and references.
  16. Same for me. I put in the URL for EbscoHost and was told not to insert a link that was pass-protected. Funny, I've been doing that for the last three years.... Finished DBs and replies yesterday and will submit ICP tomorrow morning when my mind is fresh.
  17. I got all of my grades back yesterday and am quite satisfied. There was a discrepancy in the grade in the grades section and the grade when I clicked on "rubric." Emailed the TA and waiting to hear back. I need all the points I can get!
  18. Wondering if you would get "dinged" for not using a "peer-reviewed journal article." I always use EBSCOhost articles but I see people often using information from the Internet, which is way easier in my opinion.
  19. No. I asked two questions through Q&A and one email and have gotten replies in a timely manner.
  20. I was told not long ago in a class to put two spaces in between sentences. What about References? Do you do two spaces or one space between author, date, title, etc.? Nevermind...I think I just found my answer on a Penn State website: Use two spaces after a period at the end of a sentence and one space after periods in a referencecitation.
  21. I'm meeting with my mentor tomorrow. I need to get the ICP assignment done ... everything else is done for the week.
  22. I haven't gotten that far but your KSAs have to do with whatever QSEN goal you have chosen (I think) and they have to be in your own words. I asked my TA if the QSEN definition and KSAs were supposed to be generalized according to the QSEN goal or specifically related to the topic you have chosen. The response: The QSEN definition is basically just describing the QSEN topic in your own words. The KSAs will relate to your specific topic.
  23. Check this out. Some videos may help.
  24. Alot of this stuff they give us is the same stuff that my co-workers undertake for their Master's Degrees. They have used many of the same books we have used. Other Bachelor students (nurses) from other schools don't have to do any of the same things we have to do.
