Thanks! I reached out, they found my transcripts immediately and offered an interview today that will be next week via Zoom! I'm so excited!!

I submitted my app 9/15 and haven’t heard anything regarding rejection or interview yet. How do you check the status of your application online? There’s also still a big red X saying none of my transcripts have been received but I sent those in at the beginning of September ?

Oh that's good to know, that sounds like a very reasonable price for housing- definitely better than what else I've seen. I was extremely fortunate in my undergrad that I didn't have to take out any student loans but I'm fully accepting that I will have to take loans for CRNA school, I suppose it's just the fear of the unknown + the notoriously high cost of living in LA on said loans (or so I've been told). Thanks for the info!

Hey everyone! I submitted my application a few days ago. I currently live in Richmond, VA. Is anyone able to give me info about cost of living in Los Angeles cause the thought of that + living on student loans for 3 years kind of freaks me out a little LOL

Hey everyone! I'm super excited about applying again this year. I was waitlisted for the Richmond campus last year and did a bunch of revamping of my resume and "stats" so to speak. Looking forward to speaking with everyone as we go through this nerve wracking process together! Good luck!!

I certainly hope so! Their waitlist video gives me some encouragement. From what I gather with everything going on they only offered slots to the minimum number possible and as things clear up (with re-opening the state, surgeries, etc) then maybe they can offer some more slots? At least that’s the vibe I got! Holding onto any hope possible! It’s definitely respectful/honorable that they wouldn’t take on too many students if they can’t promise the quality educational opportunity to which they commit. Makes me respect them even more despite the unfavorable response.

They’ve definitely been extremely efficient and transparent about everything. Although the process was new they seemed to streamline things very quickly! I plan on going PRN for the first couple semesters and picking up more if doable. One of my coworkers is in his third year now and still works PRN; I tell him he must be insane, but to each their own!

I was wondering the same thing! The way they said it in the video makes me think we will know one way or another “no later than May 15.” It would be amazing to get a call! Still checking my email just about every hour on the hour. Haha

Preparing to complete my interview tomorrow! I've been in the Richmond area for about 5 years now (originally from NoVA) and currently live about 15-20 minutes from VCU's hospital downtown.
