Compare the current situation with the ideal condition. Then try to identify some reasons for the discrepancy from the current to the ideal condition. By the way, have you made progress in this query?

Hi, You have a great research: simple yet meaningful. I came across this one model (which I did while researching for a friends' research also) which I think, you can use. Find the Continuum of Knowledge Acquisition Model (Jonassen, McAleese, & Duffy, 1993). Since you can associate the 9 levels of instruction in teaching pediatric nursing, you may use this as your theoretical framework. Best Regards!
