Exam Cram Nclex RN
I used the CD that came with it and loaded it on my computer. Every evening I'd go thru a hundred or so questions. It would give the rationale why it was right (OR wrong). I wish I still had it, I'd send it to you but I passed it on last year to the class that finished after us. I never even saw the book Exam Cram because a friend just passed around the CD for us to use. I guess I was sick of reading and the computer questions were just easier for me to focus. Good luck! YOU CAN AND WILL DO THIS!

75Q today....pass??????
CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm SOOOO happy for you!! I just took mine a week ago today (found out 24 hours later) so I totally know what you were going thru. Isn't it the biggest sigh of relief ever!? Go do something for yourself....you deserve it!!

75Q today....pass??????
I've heard the dosage calculation questions are on the easy level. I didn't have any of those when I took mine last week. I passed with 75 and had more than 5 of those "pick all that apply" questions which I've heard are upper level questions. WHO KNOWS?! Nobody!

Does anyone know someone who failed w/75
Out of our graduating class this year, FOUR have failed with 75 questions. Well, really three and one with 77. It is SO strange. So, I FREAKED out when I got 75 last week because I felt like I got 5 right. I had tons of meds I'd never heard of (and have worked in acute care as an LPN for 5 years). Well, I passed. Anyone can pass or fail with 75.

What's a good pharmacology review for the NCLEX?
Up to 19% of the NCLEX-RN is pharm questions this year. Don't want to scare people even more, but it is the truth.

What's a good pharmacology review for the NCLEX?
You're lucky you knew the drugs they threw at you. I've been an LPN in an acute care setting (surgical/peds/oncology) for 5 years and knew ONE dang drug they tested me on. When I said I thought they made up the drug names, I was serious. I think it's a pathetic test personally. It does NOT test the basic drugs of ER, Surgical, Medical, Peds, OB, etc.... We drilled those in school and they were the top 100 medications given in acute care within the past 5 years.

What's a good pharmacology review for the NCLEX?
It was VERY hard. I swear they made up drug names. BUT, just keep a good head on your shoulders and take deep breaths. The test is just a game and you can beat it. Read the questions carefully and look for key words. You WILL pass, you must visualize yourself doing that.

Exam Cram Nclex RN
I used ExamCram and just passed the NCLEX-RN with 75 questions on Wednesday. I also had Kaplan but felt the real NCLEX was most like ExamCram. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I used Exam-Cram and passed with 75
Thank you! It's surreal to me right now. I'm working on the same floor I've been an LPN on for the past 5 years (surgical/oncology). I orientated with my GN too. Today was my first "real" day and to sign RN after my name about made me cry. Anyway, just giving ExamCram a plug. I felt it really helped me.

I used Exam-Cram and passed with 75
I just passed the NCLEX RN on Wednesday with 75 questions. I used Kaplan (found it a bit easy), NCLEX for Dummies (WAY too easy) and Exam-Cram. Of all of them, I found the Exam Cram to be most like the real questions on NCLEX. I did the CD-Rom over and over and over for a few weeks (gives rationales). Oh, I also did Learningext.com but it was so overwhelming and seemed to take forever to read thru everything. I got really bored with it. Anyway, just giving my 2 cents.

What's a good pharmacology review for the NCLEX?
I just passed on Wednesday with 75 questions and studied pharmacology like CRAZY! Did it help? Nope. I had a TON of drug questions and only knew one drug (reglan). How I passed was beyond me. I swear they made the drugs up. LOL! I even had chemo questions.

OMG, it stopped at 75. I'm freaking out
I've been an LPN for almost 5 years and graduated with my RN in May. I just took the NCLEX this morning and it shut off at 75. It was SOOOOO hard!!!!!!!!!!!! It shut off at 85 (the minimum) for my LPN boards but I felt better about it then. The NCLEX-RN was like being caught in a nightmare!! I had 5 "choose all" and a ton of drugs. I can't stand the wait! Thankfully in Montana, I should know by this afternoon. AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
