  1. oh ok, yeah it is a bit much to stop someone because of a traffic ticket. I mean is there a way to talk to people from clinical site ahead of time? Did you withdraw already? I wish you the best! God bless
  2. ok so the next question is does financial aid pell grants and loans cover the total 30,000 or do you have to kick out some money yourself. I mean me being that I have already been approved for the total financial aid ( the most you can get) I am hoping I won't have to kick out anything else. Also they told me I can skip out on some of the testing and certain courses i won't have to take but it will still take 15mths. I am hoping it will cut down on some of the costs. I want to jump in and get it done and over with as fast as possible. What are the hours? They told me 9 to 5. Is it actually that long for the pre-reqs? Nursinghopefull....Here is some encouragement for ya, I have been an LPN for 7 years, I have a charge from when I was 18, trust me when I say this, I ahve a license in 3 different states and had my charge before I went to nusring school, I am 28 now. They are not that picky about charges. Not traffic violations anyways. The charges that will concern the boards and later for employments are felonies and drug or neglect charges. It is hard to be trusted in the medical field with a drug charge and if they think you might abuse the patients. Even still, I know a girl who was allowed to get her license evawith a drug felony. They gave her another chance!. And I know many others as well. Nobody looks at a traffic violation unless it was a dui or something such as a hit and run or something like that. THats different. Good luck!!! I would keep pushing forward.
  3. ok i called and asked someone from the program, it is 15 months and they do give you credit for being an lpn.
  4. ok thats not bad, are you an LPN already? I really want an LPN to rn program maube they will cut some time off. I guess I will find out tomorrow. when did you start? how long are quarters. I figured it was new b/c you can't find out any information about the program at all.
  5. is anybody in the RN program at bauder college in atlanta? I am an LPN already and was wondering about the program, like how long it is and how much does it cost etc. I am thinking about going there if it is faster than the other schools.
  6. don't give up, i know people with LPN licenses with all kinds of charges. even a girl was permitted by the state boards to take her nclex and get her license after a drug trafficking charge. its really up to the board of nursing. good luck! Just don't give up!
  7. i am about to go to an information session at bauder. Can you tell me about the rn program? how long is it? when does it start. costs. do you like it so far?
  8. wow is it that hard? I just passed nc3&4 and now preparing for nc5. why is it so hard? is it the nursing interventions? applying it?
