  1. I use the website that came with the book, and it list side effects, but doesnt say the Implications specifically for the side effects listed that is why I am stuck
  2. I havent had an issue until this teacher, how she said to do it was way different then I have been doing it sense first term. I don't think I have ever been shown how to properly do one, and just kind of slipped by with so so ones, or ones that they only focused on certain parts. My teacher says the side effects should be the most common ones and she said the implications should directly go with the side effect with the same number... I have a drug book yes... the meds I have are Librium, Klonopin, Neurontin, Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin, and Zithromax
  3. This is the info I need Generic (Trade Name) Dose,Route/ Frequency Classification, Action, & (pertinent) Indication for your patient Major Side Effects Nursing Implications I am having issues with the side effects and the nursing implications... I don't know why I am having such a hard time but I am... I really need help...
  4. I was at 202 also... thats so scary!
  5. I am running out to the campus tomorrow to pick up the papers needed for the rest of the stuff, and hopefully scheduling for the cpr certification for next week sometime...
  6. I live in oakleaf so not to far from there
  7. Yay!!! I cried ha
  8. thank goodness... that makes me feel a little better, i had heard rumors about them not going out till then and that would be about 8wks out, but i talked to my friend last night who got in for summer, and she said she got her letter after 4 weeks, but then again no one on here has heard anything so i am assuming that is a good sign meaning no one has gotten anything acceptance or denial...
  9. Didnt they say its about 8 weeks out before anyone would know anything, doesnt that put us at the last week of July? I am trying not to stress, checking the mail and email isnt going to change whether I get in or not, if I do yay, if I dont there is always spring... But I think we are all jumping the gun I still think we have about 2 weeks before anyone hears anything.
  10. I highly doubt that, they always get around 500 applicants, and 8 weeks is the range. Orientation is usually a few weeks before classes start so I really doubt they would wait till that late to send out letters, I am not going to take this seriously until I hear is from Ms. ***** herself.
  11. i said to myself at first if i got about the cut off for summer i wouldnt worry, but then when i am seeing not to many scores lower than mine, i kind of am worring... either way i know for sure i will get in for spring if not fall, since by then i will have micro points and will be able to take the nat again
  12. I was just wondering, I applied with a 202.3 without micro
  13. I see a lot of scores in the 210 and up range... are those y'alls scores with micro or without?
  14. If you were accepted last term why didnt you take it?
  15. I talked to the head of the nursing program, she said fall takes 168 people, and 24 of those people go to nights, and there isnt a cut off as to who goes, the first 144 people could all want days, so the 24 lowest scores would all get nights, it goes on first come first serve, and vice versa if the highest 24 want nights they will get it. So really there isnt a cut off persay, just hope that the people before you dont all want nights. But anyways, I am a nervous wreck right now, I take the NAT at 11:30 tomorrow, and then am taking my app out to north campus, right now as I sit I have 98 pre-req points without micro, so I am hoping to get at least 100pts on the nat, I feel a 198 is a pretty secure score to get in with since the cutoff for summer was 196 at only 68 people.
  16. Actually its 40pts for the reading comp.
  17. Not sure, but if you are unsure the best bet would be to call out there and ask the nursing department directly so you get the answer straight from the horses mouth ya know
  18. i think the only classes they allow substitutes for is mac1105 and higher, and humanities
  19. Well after you take it let us know how it went, I am stressing so much over that test, I guess I feel like my prerequisites are high enough that the nat is the deciding factor
  20. I am officially a nervous wreck. I am not even planning to apply until June, and I already can't sleep. Congrats to all of y'all who have gotten accepted for Summer!!!
