I applied as soon as the application came out I think it was around September 13 and had my interview in late October and was accepted November 3. The turn around is really fast and I highly recommend sending your stuff in as soon as the application comes out. Do the essay and everything before hand so you can just fill out the application and send it in. Hope this helped and good luck! : )

yay! thanks for sharing that info! do you know if they do their letters by mail or e-mail? does anyone know if there is a way to check the status of the application? the only thing that i have gotten was a letter in the mail saying that my application was complete and they would be reviewing it.

yea i was just wondering i don't know if they do or not : ) i personally have never had any problems with amtrak but you never know with public transportation! is your interview tomorrow?

hi everyone! i have an interview next week and Sgal you're right it's just a new thing to be worried about but also to be very excited about! good luck at your interview and don't worry about getting into the city you should be just fine. does anyone know if they let you know if you're accepted at the end of the interview of it we have to actually wait until november 15! wow i can't believe that is almost here already though : )

hey pam! i would get your stuff in as soon as you can. i know that for all the review periods everyone has an equal chance. so those that handed it in on the first day of the second review period have the same chance as those that handed their stuff in on the last day of the second review period. i wouldn't worry about it and just get everything in before the deadline : )

at least we only have about 4 more weeks of waiting until november 15th and the first few have gone fast! and i am sure the program is filled in november because they seem to get a ton of applications. i also heard that drexel is not as competitive as jeff is does anyone know is that true?

i can't imagine that she would interview all 300 that would just take forever. and ahhh it could be more than 300 but i hope not! everyday i check my e-mail and hope that something is in there from there! i am getting so antsy about it and just want to know : )

yea i know only one person does it it seems like niki is going to have a lot to do with that many applications! that is crazy because november 15 is only about four weeks! and i know that they don't have to go through the 4 review periods because if the program fills up during the first period then it is done. i know that they don't worry about the fact that there are three more because if they have enough peope that they want they will fill it--so good news that we applied early!! i applied to drexel too but jeff is my top choice...i hope to hear something soon too i feel like i have been waiting forever but i am sure she is probably swamped. good luck!
