I was just curious how the interview went and if you are working at Mesa Vista now. I just got called for an interview for their residency program and was wondering if you had any tips.

Does anyone have the link to where we submit our deposit? I left the paper at home with the instructions for how to do it.

Who knows... hopefully we will get something official soon. It was the site director that told me that it was the 5 and 6 so I don't know who has accurate information.

I was told yesterday that orientation would be January 5 & 6...

I replied to the email sent by the 'senior admissions officer' about the deposit, asking if she knew when orientation would be. This was her reply: I am sorry, but I do not know the dates and I'm not certain if they've been narrowed down as of yet. This particular information will be forthcoming from the college in the coming weeks. Anyone else have any luck finding out any info?

Hey everyone. So I havent had a chance to get on here since I found out on saturday that I got accepted to San Deigo! Finally! Ive been trying to get in touch with someone about when orientation and open house is as well. Havent heard anything back yet... Im hoping we find out soon because I have been waiting to make holiday travel plans and Im running out of time! Can't wait to meet all of you at open house!

I applied for the Fall and was an alternate and I am pretty sure that when they sent the letter last time it was from the SD office.

Yeah that is what the site director told me was the plan last week when I emailed her. Hopefully we will know by tomorrow. Everyone keep us updated if you get a letter!

Just an update. I emailed the site director at San Diego today and she replied that the committee met today and that letters should be mailed out by next Wednesday. So hopefully we will find out by late next week!

Hey Sarah, I am definitely planning on working while I am in school. I know that it is not recommended, but my boss is willing to work with my schedule and be super flexible. I also figure that if it is too much, I can always cut my hours. I was hoping that I wasnt the only crazy one that was planning on doing this!

I got into the San Marcos campus... looks like there are only 2 of us on here so far. I think that the reason that most people seem to prefer the San Marcos campus is because it is alot closer to a) the coast and b) the greater San Diego area. For those of us that already live in "San Diego", going to Temecula would be quite a commute. It would be at least an hour for me. I honestly don't know all that much about Temecula because I've only been there a handful of times, mostly to visit the wineries and go wine tasting. From what I have seen there isn't a whole lot to speak of, but the nice thing will be that rent will be cheaper! I remember it being very pretty and scenic, but def not a bustling metropolitan area.

I just got my acceptance email for the San Marcos campus. Anyone else hear anything?

srtyoacnkton, Where did you get accepted? Temecula or San Marcos?

Haha I just got an email asking about my TEAS scores. They don't seem to be very on top of things... I took the test at San Marcos months ago and was told that I didn't need to send them my scores because they would automatically have them sent to them. Anyway hopefully I will find out tomorrow!
