AANP FNP
Hey!! This is a great post! and congratulations by the way. I am just starting school and had to submit my first assignment for patho. A little background: I have been out of school for 10 years and have been in orthopedics for 10 yrs, so to jump back into school and FNP is WAY out of my comfort zone. How was the program for you all? I can not lie, I have had second thoughts...yes I know its late in the game! ?

New Grad Jobs in Charlotte
Hey, I just relocated to Charlotte from Tallahassee,Fl I am having the hardest time trying to get a chance to start my career. There are so many RN positions available but I don't "qualify" for the job because I don't have experience... I thought you get good experienced nurses by training them????? some you please tell me if I am wrong! It's a bit frustrating but I will continue to be positive.

No one wants to give me a chance :(
Well your in there then!!! you must be doing something good because they didn't let you go. I would just continue to talk with your nurse manager, continue to apply, and work as much as you can and learn as much as you can. Technically, you have experience already so when you get your chance you will be amazing!!!!! Hi I'm Katie I just joined allnurses.com. I'm re leaved to know that I'm not alone, however, I am rooting for each and every one of you. I recently graduated May 3,2009 and just passed my NCLEX September 4,2009. My dilemma is that I just moved from Florida to Charlotte and its a totally different ball game then in Florida. There for the most part they understand that you have to train a new nurse in order to have good quality nurses. Here, IDK what;s there issue; there are sooo many positions available but they don't want to fill them because if they did they would hire us. I understand not wanting mistakes and lawsuits but your could have those issues with experienced nurses too.
