First of all what's up? In my opinion to your question is the 3-11 shift. For me personally because I am not a morning person AT ALL! Plus I don't have to worry about the "BIG DAWGS" all up in your eyes. I have worked all the shifts in nursing. Yeah 7-3 do fly by fairly quick, and 11-7 is a burden to the body because of the sleep schedule. I mean if you are single, no kids, don't like getting up early, and don't like doing fast paced work then second shift is right for you!
